Secret of Daily Positive Affirmations: Many of you must be thinking what is affirmation? The Statements that you make to yourselves are affirmations: it’s our self-talk. Whether intentionally or unintentionally you use affirmation all the time. Consider this example: Sometimes you make negative affirmations,like if you make mistake and you think to yourself,”I’m always making mistakes, I never do anything right.” And you just make a positive affirmation if instead you make a mistake and you think to yourself, “That’s OK,I have the potential to correct this.” 

Your conscious and subconscious minds have a huge impact of your self- talk.You can reprogram your thought process by repeating daily positive affirmations. The underlying belief and the way you think and feel about yourself and others will change by creating the new positive thought process.By the use of daily positive affirmations you can improve your life drastically.

How Affirmation Works : Law Of Attraction

LAW OF ATTRACTION: Typically, the main reason for practicing affirmations for abundance and prosperity, self esteem affirmations, weight loss affirmations or other personal affirmations is to invoke something called the “Law of Attraction.”

This “law” is one of the universal laws of attraction and is just as “real” as the Law of Gravity. In fact, there are 7 laws of attraction to be specific, but they all have to do with manifesting what you desire based on the theory that “like things attract to each other” like a magnet.

When working with the Law of Attraction, however, many people focus solely on reciting their list of affirmations over and over again like a robot, while leaving out the necessary emotional components of faith and trust.

 LAWS OF ATTRACTION: One of the 7 laws of attraction is the “Law of Harmony.” This law focuses on the fact that in order to manifest what you desire, you must be in harmony with the Universe.

When you are in harmony with the Universe, you are at peace and without worry. So, if you are worrying, it’s showing that you are not trusting in the outcome. On the other hand, when you trust, worry is left completely out of the picture.

Because of the power of intention practicing self affirmation works. Affirmations are not just all talk and no action. Chanting affirmations signal of your intent to the universe. You are declaring it to everyone and everything in the universe.

The brain cannot differentiate between reality and something you imagine vividly. Your brain will accept it as reality when your imaginations are intense and real.  This is why self affirmations work.

So why does it not work for some people?

So how come there are people who say that self affirmations don’t work? Is the power of intention real? Will the brain actually feel that you’re just kidding yourself?

Well there are basically 2 reasons why it does not work for some people.

The first reason is because they are not doing the affirmations correctly. What do I mean by that? As we are repeating affirmations with power, passion, emotion and intensity the power of intention is displayed. When there’s no power, no passion, there’s no belief. The brain would immediately reject the affirmation when it is done in a weak, uninspired manner.

The second reason is because of lack of coherence. after practicing the affirmation. Remember that practicing affirmations is not the final act. After doing the affirmation, you must still put in your effort to work together with it. You must try your best to live your life coherently with it.

That is the mind-set to have when it comes to affirmations. Self affirmations should not be considered as the end all solution. We must work with it. Be determined to help the affirmation take effect by putting in the effort to change our lives to reflect the affirmation.

How to effectively write positive affirmations?

Writing affirmations consists of your “goal-specific” affirmations. Your goal should be stated in positive terms (what you want to experience instead of what you don’t want), Affirmations work best when they are stated in the present tense. – “as if” the desired outcome is your reality now.

Start your affirmations  with “I am” or “I am becoming”, “I have”, etc.

Your affirmations should also be specific. 

Your affirmations will be even more effective if you incorporate “feeling” words into your affirmations. For example

  • “I feel so good that I am now able to …”
  • “I have decided to …”
  • “I am committed to …”
  • “I feel so excited now that I have …”

1. I am sure of my ability to do what is necessary to improve my life.

2. I love myself and accept myself for who I am.

3. I feel good about the way I do my job.

Self-talk can either prove to be a powerful catalyst for creating the life you’ve always wanted, or it can prevent you from getting what you want in life.To go after your dreams create a daily practice of using positive affirmations to help motivate,support and inspire you.

What you think about,you bring about.Your mind is a thought factory.It manufactures its product from the raw materials you feed it. If you feed your mind with negative stuff, it will give you negative results.Therefore, feed your mind with positive things.
