What is happiness?
Happiness is a dependent emotion based on an individual’s perspective. It is natural for us human beings to feel a wide range of emotions and defining happiness is not easy.Some people see happiness when all things around them are exactly what they should be,some people define happiness as a feeling when they get what they want, while others define happiness as having internal peace.

How to achieve genuine happiness?
There are some scientifically proven activities that will help in the pursuit of genuine happiness.With the people or whether at home we should take charge of our happiness by choosing to engage in physical activities and creating positive vibes rather than spending most of the time thinking about what should be done next.
In keeping with the saying “everyone is the smith of their own happiness”, feelings of happiness can also simply be generated yourself, because happiness is basically a feeling of satisfaction, joy, serenity and energy. In this article I present ten tips on how you can increase the chances of better happiness in life
10 tips for a happier everyday life
Positive attitude: It is easier to live with an optimistic attitude. It is advised not to take life too seriously and to praise yourself from time to time.The start of the day is particularly important for a positive attitude towards life..Also, focus on positive things in everyday life. You can easily take the first step, for example, by replacing sentences like “I have to …” with “I can …” or “I will …”.
Smile: Smiling helps against sadness and can relieve tension.Simple but effective smile continuously for one minute. When the minute is up, you will begin to feel happier. Try laughing yoga! A good mood is inevitable.
Nutrition: Healthy and conscious nutrition promotes your own well-being from within and gives you energy. But don’t be too strict with yourself if you occasionally feel craving for sweets or a burger with fries. The best thing to do is to cook your favorite healthy dishes with fresh ingredients and make specific decisions about when and how you can “sin”. Then you can really enjoy your pizza instead of eating it with a guilty conscience.
Learn To Let things go. Practice Forgive and forget.: Happy individuals forgive and never look back. As you might see, it is a liberating component. It liberates a man to have more in your own life. All Universal Laws will deal with balancing out everything anyway, so simply let it go.
Challenges are basically opportunities in disguise: Happy people would not think in terms of “problems”, “issues”. They will trust as far as situations and what should be done next. No more,no less, anything that comes up is just a situation to do something with.
Set goals: Set small, realistic goals in everyday life.Every check mark on your to-do list is a sense of achievement and provides more motivation. Simply set yourself a monthly goal: “For the next 30 days, I want to learn 30 pages of reading or 10 words of a new language every day, go out into the fresh air every day, do the 30-day yoga challenge, … “And look forward to every step on the way to a successful conclusion.
Be open-minded: Now and then opportunities might emerge which you didn’t consider before, but they will get you closer to your goal. Your happiness and satisfaction can originate from unexpected places,be open-minded to new opportunities.
Do not compare yourself to others: The only comparison happy people make is from how they were before. They comprehend that everybody has distinctive gifts and capacities,and their own speed and strategy of accomplishing things. They do what they do well and always want to improve themselves.
Do not seek the approval of others: Happy people often care less what others consider them. They follow their own hearts without giving criticism a chance to demoralize them. And comprehend that it’s impossible to please everybody. They never seek anybody’s approval but your own.
Find good things in other individuals: Happy people rarely gossip and when they are around them, they don’t feel good. They will discover great things to say in regards to pretty much anything. It just feels better to do as such.
